General Account Guidelines

Account Information and General Guidelines

1. Trading Platform
Our trading platform is powered by MetaTrader 5 (MT5), provided by MetaQuotes, a globally recognized trading system. Clients can access their account details, trade history, daily and monthly statements directly within the MT5 terminal at any time.

2. Withdrawals and Transfers
All withdrawal requests are normally processed within three (3) business days. If there are any errors or amendments to your request, please notify us within 24 hours after submission; otherwise, the Company reserves the right not to process such changes.

3. Updating Account Information
If you wish to update key account information (e.g., registered email), please send an email from your registered email address to info@goldfun24k.com with the following:

  • A selfie holding your valid identification document (clearly showing both your face and ID);

  • A selfie holding a handwritten note stating your request and the current date;

  • A short verification video (at least 10 seconds) holding both the ID and handwritten note.
    Our compliance team will verify your request to ensure account security.


4. Feedback and Complaints
Clients may submit feedback or complaints through the Customer Support Ticket System within the Member Center. Our team will review and respond promptly.

5. General Enquiries
For general questions or business enquiries, please contact us via cs@goldfun24k.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
 

🔒 Security Reminder

  • Never disclose your MT5 login credentials or verification codes to any third party.

  • Our staff will never ask you to share your password or authentication codes.

  • If you receive any suspicious emails, messages, or links, do not open or respond — please contact our support team immediately.

🚫 Abnormal Trading

  • Abnormal trading refers to, but is not limited to, trading activities involving both opening and closing positions within a very short time frame (typically within 5 minutes, excluding settlement or suspension periods).

  • The Company is a member of the Hong Kong Gold Exchange and strictly follows its trading recommendations and operational guidelines. Abnormal trading behavior may potentially violate the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

  • Such trading activities consume excessive system resources, which may affect system stability and efficiency, thereby impacting the trading environment of other clients.

  • If more than 40% of a client’s trades are completed within 5 minutes, the account will be initially classified as abnormal trading. This may affect trading and fund withdrawal activities, and the account will be subject to an investigation period of 1–2 months.

  • If the investigation confirms abnormal trading behavior, the client must apply for account closure. Upon completion of the process, the Company will return the remaining balance (excluding any profits derived from abnormal trading).

  • Any service fees or commissions generated by accounts suspected of abnormal trading will be frozen until the investigation is completed. If confirmed, such fees and commissions will not be paid, and the Company reserves the right to recover any previously released payments.

  • Clients who wish to conduct high-frequency trading (HFT) must apply in advance. The Company will impose additional trading conditions and requirements depending on the application. If the client meets all conditions, such trades will not be considered abnormal trading.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend the definition and handling procedures of “abnormal trading” from time to time, and retains final decision-making authority on all related matters.

  • Leveraged trading involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of part or all of your invested capital.

  • Clients should ensure they fully understand the risks involved and carefully consider their financial situation, investment experience, and risk tolerance before trading.

  • The Company strongly advises clients not to use borrowed funds, credit card advances, or any form of debt-based capital for trading or investment purposes.
    Trading with borrowed money can significantly magnify potential losses and may adversely impact your financial stability.
